DaBaby gets candid in his new video, “Shut Up.”
It’s no secret that 2019 was a phenomenal year for DaBaby, but he has much more in store for 2020. Today, Baby gifts his fans with a music video for “Shut Up”, giving them an exclusive peek into his day to day life and career.
The opening credits of the video read, “Dear 2020, my name is Jonathan but people call me “Baby.” Now I know what me and 2019 had was special, but that’s nothing compared to what I have planned for you girl. I was gonna wait till Valentine’s Day and be a player about it but f*ck it, I’ma go head and let you know now… you’re mine for the next 10 months and 22 days.”
Shot by Reel Goats during Super Bowl weekend in Miami, DaBaby let it be known that his haters might as well move aside because he has no intentions of slowing down anytime soon.
The video is accompanied with clips of Baby performing at sold out shows, flicking it up with his fans, chopping it up with Diddy, and more. Teyana Taylor, Shaquille O’Neal, and Meek Mill also make cameos. Da Baby is unstoppable – to say the least.
