I knew things between Ciara and Future were messy, but I definitely didn’t see this one coming. Ciara is suing her ex-fiance for $15 million dollars for libel and slander. The 30 year old “I Bet” singer is fed up with her ex-fiance publicly slandering her name and constantly suggesting that she is an unfit mother.
A few months ago, a photo of Cici’s boyfriend Russell Wilson pushing baby Future in his stroller went viral, not only did it ruffle Future’s feathers, but he claimed it was a publicity stunt. During a radio interview, Future stated, “She probably set him [Russell] up. You letting them catch that photo. Leave my son out of all the publicity stunts.”
Of course, that didn’t sit well with Ciara who denied the allegation. Then, in January, Future was back at it again, this time tweeting, “This b*tch got control problems”. According to Future, he pays $15,000 a month in child support, and Ciara doesn’t even allow him to see their son. Ciara claims she goes out of her way to make sure Future sees their child, and he’s had at least 19 visitations since December 2014, sometimes for days at a time.
In addition to the $15 million dollars, Cici is requesting that Future delete all tweets slamming her, and to prohibit him from discussing any family matters and their son publicly.
