Congratulations to Chris Brown! Yesterday, the singer scored a huge legal victory in the ongoing battle against Royalty’s mother, Nia Guzman. Guzman previously claimed that Breezy is an unfit parent due to his “alleged drug use and gang affiliation”. She then requested that his visitation be reduced, and that he only receive monitored visits with 1 year old Royalty.
Unfortunately for Guzman, the judge ruled in Brown’s favor and mandated that the two continue to share joint custody. Under the existing order, Breezy will continue to see Royalty 12 days a month without supervision from a third party. Although it wasn’t discussed during the custody hearing, Guzman is looking to increase the child support that she receives from Brown from $2,500 to $16,000 a month.
A judge has yet to rule in that case.
