Chris Brown has been released from custody in France after police found no evidence in the alleged rape case. He’s been currently enjoying the rest of his stay in Paris. While steering from any fear of getting arrested again and that’s because he’s confident that he is innocent. During the investigation, police discovered that the victim’s version of events didn’t seem entirely accurate.

The alleged victim told cops that Chris raped her in his hotel suite dressing room for around 25 to 30 minutes. Shortly after she went into another room . She was then raped a second time but this only time, by one of Brown’s friends. Then, she said she was “abused” for the third time after entering in a third room. Police noted that she never attempted to leave or alert anyone of the group of people who were in the living room. Creating a web of a lie after lie. That was a big reason they made the decision to release Chris without any conditions, including giving up his passport. A source close to the situation says police actually apologized to Brown when they let him go, TMZ has reported.

One source said to TMZ,

“An innocent man shouldn’t be worried about staying at a place where he didn’t commit a crime.”

The singer is planning to sue the woman for defamation. He said the claims were completely disrespectful and against his character and morals.
