King Yella was shot while shooting a Black Lives Matter music video.
Clearly, the violence in Chicago is still out of hand. Yesterday, while filming his Black Lives Matter music video, Chiraq rapper King Yella was shot. The mortifying incident was caught on camera, and shows multiple cars driving past the shoot before a slew of bullets are let off. Yella suffered two gunshots wounds, but luckily his injuries weren’t life threatening.
Via Instagram, Yella shared the bad news with his fans, posting a video of himself in the hospital showing off his injuries. After being released from the hospital, Yella posted another video letting his fans know that he was okay. Apparently, Yella’s girlfriend was grazed by a bullet, but she is also doing well.
