Cam’ron has new music on the way!
With Christmas right around the corner, Cam’ron is dropping off the perfect gift for his fans. This Friday, (December 20th), Cam is dropping his Purple Haze 2 album. The new project serves as the sequel to Cam’ron’s 2004 Purple Haze album.
Cam’ron recently suffered a devastating loss with the passing of a close friend. Via Instagram, Killah wrote, “First off I want to thank my family, friends and fans for their condolences, I really appreciate it. This is not my sons mother (my sons mother is fine) this is someone I went out with years ago, and we got back together a year and a half ago. And I had the best time of my life during that period.”
Although the loss has been extremely painful to deal with, Cam has managed to pull himself together for his fans.
Purple Haze 2 consists of 16 tracks, with features from Wale, Max B, Jim Jones, and more. In lieu of the album, Cam will be kicking off his Purple Haze 2 Tour on Friday in Brooklyn, before making pit stops in Philadelphia, Chicago, Toronto, Hartford, and more. The tour will ultimately come to an end on March 7th in Massachusetts.
