We all need a friend like Webbie.
Good friends are hard to come by, but Boosie Badazz doesn’t have that problem. He and Webbie have been friends for more than 10 years – and the loyalty and love they have for each other keeps growing.
Last week, Boosie celebrated his 34th birthday, with his longtime friend doing everything he could to make his day special. In an Instagram clip, Boosie is seen walking into a dark room that instantly erupts with cheers from his family members and friends when the lights are turned on.
A shocked Boosie becomes emotional and immediately starts crying which triggers Webbie embrace him. A person in the video can be heard saying, “He’s crying. He’s never had no party like that.”
Webbie posted the special moment onto his Instagram page, the caption read, “Surprised my brother yesterday we came a long way ! If you love yo n*gga hug yo n*gga #DaDumbway.” This year has been quite exhausting for Boosie who was diagnosed with cancer, but ended up beating it in the long run.
In 2003, Webbie and Boosie dropped their very first collaborative project together titled, “Ghetto Stories.”
