Blues Legend B.B. King Passes Away

Blues singer and guitarist B.B. King, 89, passed away on Thursday at his Las Vegas home. The legend died peacefully in his sleep at approximately 9:40 p.m. King’s attorney Brent Bryson said funeral arrangements are being made. The star’s death was confirmed by Clark County Coroner John Fudenberg. A cause of death has not been released, but King suffered from diabetes and had been in hospice care.

King is famous for his hits “My Lucille” and “Sweet Little Angel”. He was inducted into the Blues Foundation Hall Of Fame in 1984, and the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame in 1987. King was truly talented, he had 43 studio albums, 16 live albums, and 15 Grammy Awards under his belt.
