Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s third child arrives!
Congratulations are in order for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Early yesterday morning, the couple welcomed their third child, a baby girl, into the world.
Kardashian revealed the exciting news on her official website, writing, “Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl. We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister.”
A close source revealed to PEOPLE that Kardashian was present in the delivery room when her surrogate gave birth.
Last year Kardashian revealed that she hired a surrogate to carry she and Ye’s child due to her battle with preeclampsia during her first two pregnancies. Kimmy told Entertainment Tonight, “Obviously you pick someone that you completely trust and that you have a good bond and relationship with, but it is still… knowing that I was able to carry my first two babies and not my baby now, it’s hard for me. It’s definitely a harder experience than I anticipated just in the control area.”
