Ashanti has a few words for 50 Cent.
Earlier this week, fans were baffled after finding out that Ashanti recently sold only 24 concert tickets, stemming the show to be cancelled. To be fair, the concert was poorly promoted during a short period time. Nonetheless, it wouldn’t be 50 Cent if he didn’t make fun on the situation.
Upon hearing about Ashanti’s show, 50 took to Instagram to troll her, suggesting that she perform in front of smaller audiences, “Do Basement parties then it can still feel like it’s lit.” Fif later deleted the post, but not before Ashanti caught wind of it.
TMZ caught up with the singer at the Los Angeles International airport, where she was asked about the 50 Cent’s shady comments, “Officer Curtis better cut it out.” Ashanti then proceeded to call Fif an internet bully, before reiterating that bad promotion was the reason for the cancellation of the show.
