Offset better tell Siri to call his attorney because a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
The Migos rapper is facing felony charges after he slapped an iPhone out of the hand of a fan who was recording him in a Georgia Target store without his permission. In the clip, Junior Gibbons films Offset walking up the aisle in the store and says, “What up, Offset?”
That’s when you see Cardi B’s husband slap the phone out of his hand. The iPhone was damaged and Junior filed a police report. Because the phone is over $800 it is considered a felony.
It wouldn’t be surprising if a lawsuit follows claiming Junior’s arm no longer works and he’s experienced extreme pain and suffering.
