Yesterday Apple launched its new music streaming service, Apple Music. Although Apple entered the music streaming service later than other musical platforms like Tidal and Spotify, it has one huge advantage that the other companies don’t – 800 million iTunes accounts that are sure to wheel in new subscribers.

Not only will you have access to stream tens of millions of songs in the iTunes collection, it will also feature a 24/7 radio station called Beats One that will predict recommended songs. The great thing about it all is the monthly fee is only $9.99, and there is also a family service for up to six family members for a monthly fee of $14.99. Apple Music offers subscribers a three month free membership.

Beats Electronics co-founder Jimmy Iovine stated, “In 2015, the music industry is a fragmented mess. That’s why Apple intended to bring curated radio, personal collections, an on-demand catalog and interaction with artists all in one place.”
