Educator of the Arts, poet, the soulful Jamila Woods is performing at The Masquerade – Hell Stage in Atlanta, GA on Friday June 7, 2019.  

In releasing her most recent LP entitled LEGACY!LEGACY! , Jamila has successfully acquired the attention of many, with both new and true hearted listeners anticipating to witness her live instrumentation of musical grandeur.  

Each track on the coveted LP is named after a poet, artist, or musician that in some fashion played a significant role in encapsulating the conveyed message throughout the extent of Jamila’s body of work.  

The LP also houses featured production from frequent collaborator Oddcouple along with Peter Cottontale, in alliance with rising Chicagoan producer Slot-A with features from Saba, Nico Segal, theMINDJasminfire, and Nitty Scott. 

Exemplifying nothing short of vibrant black-girl magic and a slew of suggestive innuendos that scream women empowerment, curious minds can’t help but anticipate living vicariously through Jamila’s words on stage.
