A Cease & Desist for an absolutely backfired hit & miss.

On top of her latest beef with rapper Iggy Azalea, TMZ has reported that the 15-year-old up and comer Bhad Bhabie is now going against the music app Vezt. They used the rapper’s cover art in it’s latest ad, without asking Bhad and her team first.

On top of that, Bhad, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, and her lawyers issued a cease and desist to the mobile app. It allows its fans to acquire rights to their favorite songs, after they used her likeness in adds without her consent. Bhad maybe a young girl but at the end of the day at any age, you will know at any given point if you are being cheated out of anything. Especially when you are getting cheated out of money.

While Bregoli rejected an offer to partner with the brand, regardless of the back fire, they instead proceeded, using her name and image. Without considering any legal stand points of the entire matter. As cause and effect kicks in, Bhad’s team issued a letter to the brand demanding that they comply and remove the image from their platform. If they didn’t, the company who made the app would have to pay a whopping $3 million in lieu of the unauthorized exposure.
