Young Thug Arrested For Felony Drug Charges

by Yellah Bone

Young Thug is behind bars again.

Young Thug has turned himself into DeKalb County after a warrant was issued for his arrest in Georgia – stemming from a 2017 arrest. Yesterday, around 2:30 p.m., Thugger was booked and
charged with five violations of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act.

Apparently, Thug was wanted on eight felony charges – possession and intent to distribute meth, hydrocodone, and marijuana. He was also charged with possession of a firearm and other substances including two counts of codeine possession, possession of amphetamine, and Alprazolam. If convicted, Young Thug could face up to ten years in prison.

In September 2017, police pulled Young Thug over for illegally tinted windows. During the traffic stop, police discovered 2.5 ounces of marijuana, $50,000 in cash and various drugs.

Disappointingly enough, prior to turning himself into authorities, via social media, Thug announced that his On the Rvn project would arrive, which it has yet to do.

Stay tuned for updates on this case.
