Suing rappers must be the new thing these days, and Asap Rocky is the latest victim. What sucks most about this case is that Asap Rocky is completely innocent this time around, but guilty by association according to Krystina Clowes. Clowes was attending an Asap Ferg concert in 2013 when Young Shabba (a member of Asap Mob) decided to dive off the stage and crowd surf.
Clowes claims that Young Shabba landed on her causing her to suffer a fractured vertebra that she has still not fully recovered from. Although Rocky had nothing to do with the incident, Clowe claims that Asap Mob has a history of crowd surfing and every single member of the group should be held responsible for her distress. She is suing Rocky for a minimum of $75,000.
This isn’t the first time someone has pursued Pretty Flacko legally. Back in 2013, Lisa Wade sued the rapper for $75,000 after he assaulted her at the Made In America Festival. The case was settled outside of court.
