“Don’t Tell ‘Em” singer Jeremih brought his 28th birthday in with a bang that unfortunately landed him behind bars. On Friday, July 17, Jeremih was driving through the San Fernando Valley around 2:15 a.m. when he was pulled over by California Highway Patrol and charged with misdemeanor DUI. After only sitting in jail a few hours, around 11 a.m. Jeremih posted his $15,000 bail. He is expected back in court August 14.
This isn’t Jeremih’s first run in with the law. In December of last year the Def Jam R&B singer was arrested at the Newark Liberty International Airport for illegally boarding an airplane. He was charged with obstruction of the administration of law and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors. One month prior to that incident he was arrested for causing $700 worth of damage to a Fuddruckers in Billings, Montana.
His fans are still waiting for the arrival of his third studio album Late Nights, which was set to be released July 17,2015.
