Trey Songz Sued For Allegedly Attacking Fan
Trey Songz has been slapped with a lawsuit for allegedly attacking a female fan.
Trey Songz is facing more legal troubles. According to TMZ, a Philadelphia woman says she brought tickets to meet Trey in the VIP section of the Vanity Grand Cabaret strip club, but their encounter turned out to be quite a disgrace.
Apparently, the 33 year old “Nobody Else But You” singer was rude and hostile to his fans all night. After the event ended, the woman tried to get a photo of Trey in the parking lot, which stemmed him to become violent and attack her.
Courts documents obtained by TMZ revealed that Trigga smacked her phone out of her hand – causing it to hit her in the face and break her glasses.
The woman is now suing Trey Songz for $50,000. She is also suing the venue, claiming they were well aware that Trey had a tendency “toward violence and negative interaction with the public.”
Back in August, Trey pled guilty to two misdemeanors of disturbing the peace, which stemmed from a 2016 concert that ended with Trey destroying stage props and other miscellaneous items. An police officer was reportedly assaulted during the incident.
He received 18 months of probation.
