Timbaland Buys Lavish $4 Million Miami Condo
Timbaland invests his money into a new condo.
Timbaland just spent a nice chunk of change on a luxurious condo in the 53-story Aria On The Bay building. Timbaland purchased two units that are currently under construction, but developer Melo Group has announced that construction would be finished within 90 days.
The condo’s exterior spreads across 4,700-square feet, with an additional 1,300-square feet of outdoor space, which was brokered by Marc Hameroff of Engel & Völkers Miami and Tim Elmes of Coldwell Banker. Almost 90 percent of its 648 units have been sold.
Timbo’s new pad comes with 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and 2 private elevators. In addition, the condo comes with the following amenities – 2 swimming pools, hot tubs, fire pits, private spa, and an indoor/outdoor bar.
Timbaland seems to be doing quite well for himself after overcoming depression and an Oxycontin addiction. The super producer recently revealed that he almost died from an overdose nearly three ago, “All I can tell you is that there was a light. I woke up trying to catch my breath, like I was underwater.”
“But through that whole thing I saw life – I saw where I would be if I don’t change, and where I could be if I did…I thought about Michael Jackson. I didn’t want to be old and taking these pills.”
