Rick Ross Explains Why He Hasn’t Signed A Female Rapper To His Label
Rick Ross can’t keep it in his pants.
According to Rick Ross, he won’t be signing female rappers to his label, Maybach Music Group, anytime soon. However, during a recent visit to The Breakfast Club, Renzel explained his reasoning behind the decision.
Unfortunately, Ross feels that he would mix business with pleasure, and ultimately end up having sex with woman he signs. Ross stated, “You know, I never did it because I always thought that like I would end up f—ing the female rapper [and then] f—ing the business up.”
“I’m so focused on my business. I gotta be honest with you. You know, she looking good and I’m spending so much money on the photoshoots…I gotta f— a couple times.”
When Angela Lee proceeded to ask Ross if he would consider mentoring and signing a younger woman around the age of 17, the “Straight Off The Boat” rapper replied, “If she was a youngster that I felt she was bringing something to the table that dope, you know what I’m saying… just like it’s a female artist that I’ve watched her whole life in the same position was Brianna [Perry] in Miami.”
