Kodak Black Indicted On Criminal Sexual Conduct Charges
Kodak Black has been indicted on first degree sexual assault charges.
While he has been staying out of trouble lately, it appears Kodak Black is back in the scope of the law as he is brought up on charges of criminal sexual conduct.
Reported by Florence County’s ABC 15 News, Kodak, born Dieuson Octave, has been indicted by a Florence County jury on charges of first degree criminal sexual conduct, from a November 2016 charge by a young woman claiming the “Snot Thot” rapper assaulted her inside of a Comfort Inn hotel room.
Court documents have revealed that Kodak Black forced the victim onto the couch, where he proceeded to “remove her underwear,” bite her breast and neck, and engage in “sexual intercourse” with her. Apparently, the victim told Kodak “no”, to which he replied “I can’t help myself.”
Upon indictment, the courts ordered Kodak to have no contact of any form (print, digital, mobile, social) with the victims or her family. If convicted, Kodak Black could be sentenced to a maximum of 30 years in prison. His legal team has yet to comment on the charges.
Kodak Black was released from prison earlier this year after serving several months for violating probation. Since his release, Kodak has been featured on hit singles with Cardi B, Chris Brown, Plies, and many more.
