Iggy Azalea Announces New Single With Quavo (Video)
Iggy Azalea recruits Quavo for her new single.
Iggy Azalea is ready to jump back on board with her music. On Monday, during a Monster Electronics press event, the Aussie rapper revealed that her new track “Savior” will be released on February 1.
Back in December, a demo version of the song leaked featuring Verse Simmonds on the hook. But now it appears that Simmonds has been replaced with Migos’ Quavo.
Azalea recently secured an endorsement deal with Monster Electronics – who produce headphones amongst other audio products. Monster Europe’s official Twitter page tweeted the following, “@HeadMonster announces that @IGGYAZALEA is now part of the @MonsterProducts family and is set to help launch the NEW #AirLinks #Elements which will culminate with Iggy staring in our first-ever @SuperBowl commercial 🎉👊🏻.”
Shortly after, Iggy thanked the company, tweeting, “Yes! Such an honor so excited!!!!!! Thank you a million times for believing in me guys!!!! We have the same vision. Love you.”
Back in November, Azalea released a surprise 4 track EP entitled, 4 My Ratz. Her second studio album, Surviving The Summer (previously named Digital Distortion), was originally slated to be released in June 2017. However, after her single “Switch” proved to be unsuccessful, the album was pushed back.
