Eminem Selling Michigan Mansion For $2 Million
Eminem’s home hits the market.
Eminem is looking to sell his Rochester Hills, Michigan mansion for $2 million, which is much less than what he originally paid for.
The Superman rapper purchased the home back in 2003 for $4.75 million from former Kmart CEO, Chuck Conaway, who reportedly hosted fancy parties there quite frequently. At the time, Em was at the height of his career.
The home was built in 1986 by former toolmaker Rick Bellestri. According to Detroit News archives, Bellestri was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to charges of tax fraud, racketeering and other charges.
The lavish five bedroom mansion stretches across 17,500 square feet – consisting of 22 rooms in all. It also comes laced with a 8.5 bathrooms, tennis court, basketball court, pool with a waterfall, hot tub, guard house, game room, cabana, private pond, and a three car garage.
Zillow describes the property as a “spectacular” site and “private sanctuary” sitting on nearly six acres.
