Cardi B Sued For $5 Million By Model On Her Mixtape Cover
The model pictured on the cover of Cardi B’s Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1 mixtape is suing her for $5 million.
In March 2016, Cardi B released her Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1 mixtape, which featured her on the cover sipping a Corona, while a shirtless, heavily tattooed man is performing oral sex on her.
Apparently, the model, Kevin Brophy, was never informed that his image would be used on cover, and didn’t find out until a friend mentioned it to him.
Brophy says he is 100% percent sure that the man in the sexually suggestive photo is him, (although his face isn’t shown), due to the distinctive tattoo of a snake battling a tiger, which he has had for ten years now.
To make matters worse, Brophy’s toddler son repeatedly asks who is the woman in the photo, and what’s he doing to her.
Court documents have revealed that Brophy has never met the “Bodak Yellow” rapper, nor has he spoken to anyone from her team.
Brophy is now suing Cardi B and her management team for $5 million.
