[BREAKING] Lil Peep Cause Of Death Revealed
Lil Peep’s cause of death has been revealed.
Nearly one month after Lil Peep’s passing, his cause of death has been released. Confirming previous suspicions surrounding his cause of death, the Pima County Medical Examiner’s office has determined that Peep died from an overdose of Xanax and Fentanyl. His death has been ruled accidental.
Peep’s blood tested positive for marijuana, cocaine and Tramadol, while his urine tested positive for all of those drugs, along with the following powerful opiates – Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone (Dilaudid), Oxycodone and Oxymorphone. No alcohol was present in his system.
After Peep died, his older brother, Karl Åhr, a.k.a. Oskar, told PEOPLE the drugs that Peep had taken may have been laced, “We [the family] have heard there was some sort of substance he did not expect to be involved in the substance he was taking. He thought he could take what he did, but he had been given something and he didn’t realize what it was.It was an accident, it really was an accident.”
On November 15, Lil Peep was found dead on his tour bus in Tuscan, Arizona.
Family, friends, and fans attended a memorial service for Peep in his hometown of Long Beach, New York.
