Big Sean Buys Guns N’ Roses Member Slash’s Beverly Hills Mansion For $8.7 Million
Big Sean just purchased a new home.
Big Sean is now the owner of Slash’s former Beverly Hills estate. According to TMZ, Sean purchased the mansion from the Guns N’ Roses guitarist for $8.7 million. The original asking price of the home was $11 million, which dropped to $9.5 million last year. Sean appears to have walked away with quite a deal.
The lavish home stretches over 11,00 square feet, and comes with seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a home theater, a backyard pool, a sand volleyball court, and a stripper pole.
The home was put on the market in 2015, after Slash’s wife at the time, Perla Ferrar, filed for divorce – citing irreconcilable differences. Ferrar told TMZ, “‘Like I said, it’s amicable, so there’s no bad blood — at least not yet. (Slash and I) had a really long, lasting, loving relationship for a long time. We’re best friends, we’re business partners, and we just wanna do what’s best for our kids.”
Big Sean spends a great amount of time in California nowadays, but makes frequent trips to his hometown of Detroit to visit his family and participate in events for his foundation.
